Manage SaaS billing, reconciliations, and customer accounts remotely for Fullsteam, with occasional required attendance at its Markham office. Use NetSuite and Zuora to support accurate financial operations across multiple Business Units.

The Billing Specialist supports Fullsteam's Accounting Shared Services team and multiple Business Units. You will generate invoices, manage subscriptions, process payments, and investigate discrepancies. The role also supports customer inquiries, accurate reporting, workflow improvements, and consistent billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate, review, modify, and terminate invoices and subscriptions
- Process recurring, one-time, and usage-based billing
- Reconcile billing records, payments, accounts, and financial statements
- Resolve billing,



payment processing, and account discrepancies
- Document procedures and improve billing workflows

Requirements:

- Proven billing or accounts receivable experience
- Required SaaS billing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and Zuora SuiteBilling
- Solid analytical, reconciliation, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field
