Support older people at Lunardi Court Care Home in Cupar, Fife, using personal care and communication skills. Day and night shifts are available.

As a Care Assistant, you will help residents feel secure, comfortable and supported every day. You will work within a close-knit team at Alor Healthcare, supporting Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care. The work centres on meaningful relationships, personalised support, dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support residents with daily routines and personal care
- Assist residents with mobility and nutrition
- Support residents' emotional wellbeing and comfort
- Encourage independence wherever possible

Requirements:
