UHN seeks a Pharmacy Technician for its Outpatient Pharmacy department, reporting to the Manager. The position supports pharmacists with technical dispensing duties, prepares extemporaneous products under supervision, and maintains pharmacy operations. Cross coverage may occur at Toronto General Hospital and Toronto Western Hospital Shoppers Drug Mart.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain high client-relations standards with pharmacists
- Perform technical prescription-dispensing responsibilities accurately and efficiently
- Compound extemporaneous products using appropriate supervised techniques




- Maintain and operate outpatient pharmacy services
- Complete duties consistent with the job classification

Requirements:

- Complete an accredited Pharmacy Technician Program or recognized equivalent
- Hold valuable-standing Part A Ontario registration
- Manage competing priorities under minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meet the job's physical requirements
