You will assess customer needs, explain product information, and provide customer service from greeting through sale. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as first contact for gallery walk-ins and call-ins
- Answer requests through leading questions and prequalification
- Provide accurate product information and design recommendations




- Maintain client relationships and develop recent industry-sourced clients
- Obtain purchase orders, deposits, and updated payments

Requirements:

- Three or more years in related customer service or sales
- Proven sales ability and target-surpassing performance
- Strong relationship-building and customer needs assessment skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
