This temporary, casual, on-call teaching role supports RCA International Camp Programs. Depending on the assignment, you may deliver prepared lessons or plan curriculum, prepare materials, and provide instruction. Adapt learning resources for students' ages, English levels, and learning needs. The role reports to the Director of International Program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver prepared lessons for short-term or daily assignments
- Plan lessons and prepare materials for extended assignments
- Adapt curriculum to student ages and English levels
- Maintain protected, positive, well-managed learning environments
- Supervise students during classes and scheduled excursions

Requirements:

- Clear understanding of Christian education principles
- High level of English competency
- Lesson planning and curriculum adaptation abilities
- Classroom management and student supervision skills
- Regular participation in a Bible-believing church
