Voyago, Transdev Ontario, seeks Dispatchers for existing and future openings supporting expanded Kingston regions. Reporting to the Transit Operations Supervisor, you will assist daily operations, vehicle switch-outs, and scheduled driving shifts. The work combines administrative responsibilities with on-road operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and submit timesheets, vacation requests, and operational records
- Conduct circle checks on spare vehicles for roadworthiness
- Coordinate replacements or take over runs after breakdowns
- Report incidents involving injuries, collisions, and property damage
- Support drivers and escalate unresolved operational challenges
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valid G-class licence with clean driver's abstract
