About the Role

Our client, a specialized wellness center focused on holistic foot health and reflexology, is seeking an experienced Senior Reflexologist & Foot Health Specialist for a fully remote position. This role involves providing remote consultations and guidance on reflexology techniques, foot care, and related wellness practices. You will assess client needs through virtual consultations, educate them on self-applied reflexology techniques, and advise on holistic approaches to foot and overall body health.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the reflex points in the feet and their connection to various bodily systems, alongside a passion for promoting well-being through natural therapies. You should be adept at virtual communication, able to convey complex information clearly and empathetically. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can empower clients to manage their foot health and general wellness from the comfort of their homes.

You will work independently, managing your schedule and client interactions, supported by the clinic's online infrastructure and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs related to foot health and general well-being.
- Educate clients on the principles of reflexology and demonstrate self-applied techniques for home use.
- Provide personalized advice on foot care, posture, and exercises to improve foot health and mobility.
- Develop and guide clients through customized reflexology routines targeting specific health concerns.




- Explain the connection between foot reflexes and different organs/systems of the body.
- Recommend complementary wellness practices that support overall health and relaxation.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records of consultations and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in reflexology and holistic foot care.
- Create informative content (e.g., guides, videos) to educate clients and promote services.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client communication effectively in a remote setting.

Requirements

- Advanced Diploma or Certification in Reflexology from a recognized professional body.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience practicing reflexology, with a focus on clinical or advanced applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of foot anatomy, physiology, and reflexology mapping.
- Proven ability to educate and guide clients effectively in a virtual environment.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of holistic health principles and their application to foot care.
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and scheduling software.
- Self‐motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- A genuine passion for natural healing and promoting client sub‐care.
- Experience in related fields like podiatry support or sports therapy is an advantage.
