Dispensing/Blending Operators dispense raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records and clean equipment and rooms. The work includes reporting malfunctions, quality deficiencies, and process improvement suggestions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate blending, grinding, and sifting equipment with guidance
- Dispense raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records
- Clean equipment and dispensing or blending rooms
- Report equipment malfunctions and product quality deficiencies
- Suggest process improvements and complete supervisor-directed duties
Requirements:
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Basic mathematics skills, including addition and subtraction
- Willingness to learn and use tools proficiently
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 kilograms
- One year manufacturing experience preferred
