Inventory Coordinator

Join a growing medical device company making a real impact on lives. We're looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a clean, modern facility.

What You'll Do

- Receive and process incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Schedule deliveries and ensure on-time shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Update and track inventory using ERP systems (SAGE preferred)
- Coordinate with internal teams on inventory and order status
- Support shipping and receiving activities
- Operate a reach truck (training/certification provided if needed)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of warehouse experience, including order picking
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Strong computer skills, including Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAGE is an asset)
- Ability to accurately manage inventory and cycle counts
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills in English
- Reach truck experience is an asset, but training is available

Nice to Have

- Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Previous SAGE experience
- Prior reach truck certification

This is a Contract position based out of Mississauga, ON.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
