Help keep our clients' commercial properties protected, accessible, and well-maintained throughout the winter season.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform snow clearing and ice management on commercial properties
- Load and unload trucks and equipment daily
- Operate snow removal tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply ice melt and assist with ice mitigation efforts
- Follow all company and local safety standards and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous snow removal or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labor in cold weather conditions
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and be on-call as needed based on weather conditions
