You will deliver holistic key worker support, helping parents upskill, retrain, enter, sustain, and progress in employment. The service addresses employment barriers and career progression through tailored interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a person-centred key worker service
- Support parents to upskill and retrain
- Provide personalised employability interventions
- Help increase household income through employment support
- Work flexibly from home up to 40%
Requirements:
