As a Field Training & Development Trainer, you will develop job-specific learning for field personnel at all levels. Your work reinforces Precision Drilling's safety culture, operational excellence, and commitment to its people. You will collaborate with trainers and third-party providers to strengthen course offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate recent employee orientations and onboarding
- Develop and deliver job-specific field personnel training
- Operate rig training equipment
- Update course content with other trainers
- Support Canadian field and shop locations

Requirements:

- Drilling experience preferred for operating rig training equipment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organization and time-management abilities
- Microsoft and SuccessFactors/SharePoint tool experience
- High school diploma and valid driver's license
