Flock Homes is hiring an analyst for its property and resident operations team. You'll manage resident questions, rent demands, housing programs, security deposits, HOA notices, and utilities. The work supports a growing Fund with roughly 1,000 managed units moving toward several thousand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve standard lease, payment, property, and account questions
- Monitor balances and document rent demands on required timelines
- Administer Section 8 paperwork, inspections, and rent changes
- Prepare security deposit dispositions within statutory deadlines
- Track HOA notices,
