Monitor enterprise networks and troubleshoot incidents as a Tier 1 NOC Analyst in Winnipeg with Exchange Technology Services. Support customer infrastructure across Canada and the US.

Reporting to the NOC Manager, this analyst provides first-line monitoring, incident response, and operational support. The work includes LogicMonitor, TCP/IP networking, routing and switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN technologies, and customer communications. The analyst helps maintain infrastructure availability, performance, reliability, and accurate documentation while escalating complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor networks, servers, cloud services, and applications
- Investigate alerts and validate business impact
- Troubleshoot outages and performance degradations




- Manage tickets and document resolution steps
- Coordinate service restoration with technical teams

Requirements:

- Diploma or certificate in information technology or related discipline
- One to two years in IT support, MSP, network administration, or NOC
- Experience with LogicMonitor
- Understanding of firewalls, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure
- Willingness to participate in 24x7 shift rotation
