You will guide HCP-referred leads through enrollment, explain sample collection and turnaround times, and coordinate clinical consultations. The work combines patient service, documentation, shipment tracking, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients on test value and encourage participation
- Guide referred patients through enrollment and reimbursement documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science or Pharmacy Technician Diploma
- Two to three years in a patient-facing healthcare role
