Drive senior living occupancy and revenue as Cogir's Leasing Manager, using direct sales and relationship-building skills across retirement communities.
This sales skilled manages the retirement community's overall sales program and works toward budgeted occupancy and revenue targets. The position includes outreach, prospect tours, lead qualification, CRM accuracy, and closing qualified prospects. Collaboration with the General Manager, management team, Executive Director, and Regional Team supports coordinated sales and marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the community through outreach, marketing, and events
- Conduct tours for prospects, families, and influencers
- Develop, qualify, and advance leads through the process
- Maintain accurate Yardi CRM data
- Close qualified prospects using the Cogir Way to Sell
Requirements:
- At least two years of proven direct sales success
- Customer-focused and relationship-building sales experience
- Strategic sales action plan development and execution experience
- Experience with CRM systems and common business applications
- Reliable transportation and local community travel availability
