This direct hire MRO Buyer supports maintenance and plant operations through timely, cost-effective procurement. The position requires purchasing maintenance supplies, spare parts, equipment, and services. You will work with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Plant Management to support equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase MRO supplies, parts, equipment, and services
- Compare quotations, negotiate terms, and identify cost savings
- Issue purchase orders under company procedures and approvals




- Expedite critical items to minimize downtime and disruptions
- Monitor suppliers, inventory levels, and reorder points

Requirements:

- Previous MRO, industrial, or manufacturing purchasing experience
- Experience purchasing mechanical, electrical, or industrial spare parts
- Supply chain, purchasing, or business diploma preferred
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Solid organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
