Lead manufacturing teams in the Windsor-Essex region through protected, quality-focused production, using operational leadership and continuous improvement expertise. Relocation is required.

This hands-on Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager within a growing non-automotive manufacturing operation. You will oversee front-line employees, coordinate daily activities, and support operational targets, quality standards, and safety objectives. The position requires manufacturing supervision, lean practices, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production team members during assigned shifts
- Develop schedules, assignments, rotations, and staffing plans
- Coordinate start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, and daily operations
- Monitor quality and implement corrective actions when required




- Coach employees and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in manufacturing, operations, engineering, business, or related field
- Three to five years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and manufacturing practices
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including shift work
