Robinhood seeks an Advanced Services Representative for its Customer Experience team. You will resolve complex customer issues, support active traders, and help users learn. The work emphasizes empathy, product expertise, data analytics, and collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex options and margin customer issues
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Use customer insights to identify trends
- Address escalated issues while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Contribute to knowledge bases, training, and onboarding
Requirements:
- One or more years of financial services customer experience
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
- Series 3 licensure within the first 120 days
- Ability to de-escalate customers and collaborate cross-functionally
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
