As Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at a plant manufacturing quality crackers. You will lead operators, technicians, and workers while maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production workers and assign daily tasks
- Coordinate workflows, production lines, equipment, and materials
- Maintain safety protocols, audits, meetings, and compliance
- Monitor quality, resolve issues, and minimize waste




- Track production data, reports, incidents, and maintenance records
