Provide resident care at AgeCare as a Personal Support Worker, applying care plans, bedside techniques, and infection prevention practices.

The Personal Support Worker supports residents according to established care plans and helps identify resident needs. This position involves observing residents, reporting findings, documenting care information, and maintaining a safe setting. You will also participate in education sessions, meetings, workshops, and staff onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care according to established resident care plans

Requirements:

- Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
- Meet Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities vocational standards
- Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
- Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
- Know bedside care, sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs
