As SEO Manager, Senior Living, you lead search for senior living operators and home care agencies with multiple communities. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, and this full time role focuses only on search. You will guide technical roadmaps, keyword strategy, reporting, and client decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical SEO across crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
- Set keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Deliver GA4, Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps

Requirements:

- Bring 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Use Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Semrush
- Manage several agency clients simultaneously
- Communicate clearly with United States clients on live calls
- Senior living or similar multi-location SEO experience strongly preferred
