Job Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales staff
- Assign duties and responsibilities to sales employees
- Recruit, train, and guide new and existing employees on sales procedures, product knowledge, customer service standards, and store policies.
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate merchandise orders, and ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and displayed.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, resolve service-related issues, and handle product shortages or other operational concerns.




- Maintain records and prepare reports related to sales performance, inventory, merchandising activities, and staffing matters.
- Monitor the performance of sales employees, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with established workplace procedures
- Oversee daily merchandising activities and coordinate with staff to maintain an organized, clean, and customer-friendly setting.

Job Requirements

- Education: High school completion is required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
- Language: English is required.
- Number of Positions: 1 Wage: $38.50 per hour for 40 hours per week along with 4% Vacation pay.
