As an IS/Cloud Specialist, you will administer infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and end-user services. The position combines operational support with project assistance, helping maintain secure, reliable, scalable technology solutions. You will support business stakeholders while improving technology operations and user services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments securely
- Maintain enterprise infrastructure, networks, systems, and security applications
- Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes,



and implement corrective actions
- Develop documentation, procedures, diagrams, and disaster recovery materials

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in information technology or related discipline
- Enterprise infrastructure administration and support experience
- Hands-on Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy knowledge
- Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, and user management experience
- AWS or Microsoft Azure administration experience
