As Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with sales plans, profit plans, KPIs, and Company programs. You will lead trained Team Members, support compliance, develop talent, and help deliver a well-merchandised, well-stocked store. Retail management leadership experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with sales plans, profit plans, and store KPIs
- Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Team Members
- Plan workloads, schedules, vacations, and time-off approvals
- Manage freight flow and inventory processes
- Oversee merchandising, shrink, safety, and omni-channel operations
