Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Communications, this permanent, full-time Lead role advances corporate brand and Social Responsibility priorities. You will translate objectives into insight-driven campaigns spanning paid advertising, social, and experiential channels. Strategic oversight ensures aligned messaging, effective execution, regulatory compliance, and measurable impact. The role also manages social media strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute integrated paid, social, and experiential campaigns
- Define objectives, audiences, channel mix, and messaging frameworks
- Lead social media strategies, calendars, content, and community responses




- Coordinate internal teams, agencies, vendors, timelines, and workflows
- Track performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience combination
- Five years' brand management, communications, or related experience
- Public sector and external agency experience
- Robust communication, analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy, flexibility, diplomacy, and ability to manage competing priorities
