The Social Planning and Research Council of Hamilton seeks a Systems Navigator for the Community Action Program for Children. You will support parents of children from birth to age six within the CAPC catchment area. The work emphasizes information, referrals, community outreach, and connections with local services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one support to parents of young children
- Assist systems planning referrals across the CAPC catchment area
- Help newcomer families access local services
- Support CAPC events, meetings, and presentations
- Record program statistics for reporting and evaluation

Requirements:

- Postsecondary education in a related field or equivalent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Hamilton social and newcomer services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and work at computers
