You will oversee retail staff, store operations, sales performance, and customer experience while promoting Rogers, Fido, and Rogers Mastercard brands. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams
- Manage store operations and solution-based customer experiences
- Deliver business plans against regional and store-level targets
