AltaGas seeks a proactive Financial Analyst for its Midstream Finance team supporting Trucking Operations. You will prepare month-end reporting, analyze operational and capital data, and improve reporting tools. The work includes accounting entries, variance reports, reconciliations, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and enter accounting entries
- Analyze operational earnings and capital data
- Deliver monthly variance reports and account reconciliations
- Review invoices and manage accounts receivable
- Partner with operations managers on cost tracking improvements
Requirements:
- Two to five years of accounting or finance experience
- Oil and Gas experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and Power Query skills
- CPA designation or progress toward one is an asset
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
