Key Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship, personal care, meals, and light housekeeping
- Execute client care plans outlined by the Care Designer
- Assist with activities of daily living within scope
- Support transfers, ambulation, and exercises safely
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

- Valid PSW, DSW, HCA, or foreign-trained nurse certificate
- Vehicle and valid driver's license required
- Willingness to travel to remote locations
- Police check, TB clearance, and CPR required
