As an experienced Insurance Broker, you will provide Property, Casualty, Travel Medical, and Auto insurance services. You will advise customers, update policies, and support prospects through multiple communication channels. The position also supports other Brokers and Supervisors while strengthening team learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide insurance advice to customers and prospects
- Handle quotes, amendments, inquiries, and policy changes
- Explain coverage differences, limitations, and packages
- Apply underwriting guidelines using evaluation software
- Process payments,



endorsements, and required documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of related insurance industry experience
- General Insurance License Level 2 or higher
- Robust analytical, customer service, and sales skills
- Working knowledge of broker management systems, preferably EPIC
- Microsoft Office application knowledge and problem-solving abilities
