Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise purchasing, receiving, distribution, and inventory control
- Maintain purchase order, requisition, receiving, and inventory records




- Prepare lay-ins and requisitions for assigned events
- Oversee warehouse returns, storage, sanitation, and maintenance
- Coordinate opening or closing manager-on-duty operations



Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of warehouse or hospitality experience
- At least one year supervising staff preferred
- Food service certification required
