Lead GMP manufacturing teams on a nights-only schedule while overseeing production, purification, isolation, and packaging activities at BIOVECTRA.
As Manufacturing Superintendent, you will supervise team leads and guide daily pharmaceutical operations across a multi-product setting. The work includes synthetic chemical, natural extraction, and fermentation-related products, with responsibilities spanning BPR review, equipment readiness, and issue resolution. BIOVECTRA is now part of Agilent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team leads and review departmental production work
- Mentor production employees and provide constructive input
- Review completed BPRs, QC records, deviations, and label requests
- Support schedules through documentation, staging, and material counts
- Resolve equipment, process, and facility issues
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- One year of demonstrated technical experience
- Experience with software, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and use a respirator
