Manage Shopify, inventory, and online orders as Merchandise Coordinator for Calgary Wild FC's retail and e-commerce programs. This full-time hybrid role supports fans online and on matchdays.

Calgary Wild FC seeks an organized, detail-oriented coordinator to support retail, e-commerce, and merchandise operations. You will work with the Merchandise Manager across Shopify administration, product launches, fulfillment, customer service, and inventory reporting. The role supports professional women's soccer in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Shopify product, pricing, collection, and inventory updates
- Fulfill online orders through picking, packing, shipping, and tracking
- Maintain accurate inventory across online and in-person channels
- Support product launches, promotions, imagery,



SKUs, and barcoding
- Provide merchandise customer service for inquiries and returns

Requirements:

- One to three years' relevant retail or e-commerce experience
- Shopify or similar platform experience considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Robust organization, detail orientation, and data analysis abilities
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and matchdays
