Lead gas bar operations through effective supervision, communication, and customer service. This shift-based position supports Pioneer Co-op's Service Station Department.

Reporting to the Service Station Manager, the Gas Bar Supervisor assists with department organization, coordination, and direction within approved budgets and policies. The position oversees merchandising standards, marketing efforts, staff appearance, housekeeping, service quality, and the Hassle-Free Guarantee Program. It also supports documentation, environmental compliance, recruitment, performance expectations, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Service Station Department activities within approved programs
- Maintain merchandising, appearance, housekeeping, and service standards
- Complete claims, invoices,



and assigned paperwork accurately
- Enforce environmental regulations, policies, and union contract requirements
- Support recruitment, performance expectations, and staff training plans

Requirements:

- Previous service station experience considered an asset
- Bookkeeping and supervisory skills considered assets
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Effective communication skills
- Required TDG, WHMIS, and Propane Certifications
