Use parts expertise and customer service skills as a full time Parts Counter Person with Toromont Material Handling and Caterpillar equipment.
This permanent position supports customers through product recommendations, parts inquiries, and promotions. You will manage counter, email, and phone correspondence while supporting daily parts operations. The work includes sourcing, ordering, inventory, warranties, and hydraulic hoses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide parts recommendations and communicate current promotions
- Manage inquiries through the counter, email, and phone
- Source, procure, and order required parts
- Follow up on backorders and credits
- Process warranties, cores, counts, and hydraulic hoses
Requirements:
- Minimum post secondary education
- Three or more years in a parts service role
- Secure and environmentally sound work behaviours
- Commitment to Toromont Health and Safety policies
