Pioneer Co-op in Swift Current is seeking a Service Station Manager to lead Service Station #2 within approved budgets and policies. You will coordinate staff, ensure courteous customer service, and maintain standards in dress, cleanliness and merchandising.
You will manage inventories, prepare department budgets, and oversee HR activities including recruitment and training while upholding Pioneer Co-op policies and the union contract. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
