Lead financial reporting for Litco LSO through advanced Excel, reconciliations, and multi-entity month-end close. Work with management and partner firms across North America.
Reporting to the Finance Coach, the Senior Accountant oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results across multiple entities. This role requires accounting experience, ERP systems knowledge, Sage Intacct is an asset, and strong communication. You will maintain accurate records and provide management with clear financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and management reporting packages
- Analyze variances, trends,
and business drivers for management
- Improve close and reporting processes through standardization
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA completed or in progress preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with formulas and large data sets
- ERP and financial reporting systems experience
- Robust organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
