Lead safe, inclusive playground programs as a temporary Program Supervisor with staff supervision, activity planning, and daily site visits. The position covers Summer 2027.

Reporting to the Community Recreation Coordinator and Program Director, you will develop enjoyable programs for participants. This supervisory position includes recreational programming, coaching, administration, and behaviour management support. It also involves overseeing staff and volunteer committees across multiple playground locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee safe and enjoyable summer playground program implementation
- Plan, organize, and lead playground activities
- Support payroll and budget administration
- Oversee staff volunteer committees and special-event planning




- Coach staff on policies, procedures, and behaviour management

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 11 education or equivalent experience and education
- Two years of playground or camp program experience
- Leadership skills and staff supervision experience
- Valid Ontario G2 licence, transparent abstract, and personal vehicle
- Standard First Aid with CPR C and HIGH FIVE certification
