Support Botanist's bar team in Vancouver through attentive guest service, beverage knowledge, and organized back-of-house support at Fairmont Pacific Rim.

As a Bar Back, you report to Lead Bartenders and Managers while learning Botanist's exceptional restaurant and lounge service. You will support colleagues, assist guests with beverage selections, and contribute to innovative Pacific Northwest cocktail experiences. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide qualified, friendly, and proactive guest service
- Complete side duties and reset the bar work area
- Run food orders and take bar food and beverage orders
- Mix drinks and control beverage stock according to guidelines
- Follow food and beverage safety and sanitation policies

Requirements:

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Passion for food, beverages, and exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Serving It Right certification and Canadian work eligibility
