This entry-level Commercial Lines Account Assistant supports HUB's Dealership & Leasing Program. You will assist Account Associates and Managers while helping service teams manage risks for automobile dealership and leasing clients. The work includes data entry, invoicing, document handling, and communications with clients and insurers. You will contribute to timely policy servicing, compliance, and client satisfaction while developing insurance industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare certificates, liability slips, binders, proposals, and policy documents
- Support client presentations and proposals for Account Associates and Managers




- Set up clients and prospects in Epic and Certificate Exchange
- Process invoices, premium finance forms, journal entries, and receivables
- Answer client queries and communicate with insurance companies

Requirements:

- Typically one to two years of administrative experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and robust organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- RIBO licensing preferred; general insurance knowledge is an asset
