Maintain production equipment at Jamieson Wellness as a Maintenance Mechanic Millwright, emphasizing electrical troubleshooting and uptime. Support health and wellness manufacturing operations.
This Maintenance Mechanic Millwright repairs production and non-production machinery across the facility. The work includes HVAC, air compressors, pumps, Auger Fillers, Cappers, Labelers, Blenders, and Capsule Encapsulators. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance, document repairs, and support equipment reliability while following required safety and GMP practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair packaging, tabulating, and blending equipment as required
- Perform scheduled routine preventive maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment to help increase operational uptime
- Document maintenance, repairs,
and spare parts for SOP requirements
- Assist with rigging, welding, and equipment relocation projects
Requirements:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma and required 433A ticket
- Ability to read equipment drawings and equipment manuals
- Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems advantageous
- Availability for three-shift operations and required overtime
- Solid English communication skills with all employee levels
