As a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent, you will support store safety for Associates, customers, and assets. The position involves surveillance, theft and fraud prevention, alarm response, and collaboration with Store Investigators. You will also report incidents and support internal, external, organized retail crime, and supply-chain investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and respond to pedestal alarms in uniform
- Detect and prevent theft and fraud against TJX stores
- Assist Store Investigators during suspect apprehensions and prosecutions




- Conduct CCTV surveillance and floor walking throughout stores
- Report incidents and support related investigative teams

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Provincial security license required for employment
- Retail loss prevention, military, security, or law enforcement experience encouraged
- Valid driver's license and vehicle access preferred
- Positive driving record preferred where applicable
