This Maintenance Technician provides plant maintenance support under the facility maintenance manager. The work covers preventive, predictive, corrective, routine, and emergency maintenance. It also includes equipment optimization, inventory control, and ongoing training for new and existing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant facilities and building systems
- Follow maintenance procedures and preventive schedules
- Perform predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
- Secure tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Maintain supplies for assigned daily work
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous related work experience required
- Thorough understanding of plant maintenance
- Working knowledge of electrical, carpentry, and plumbing
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
