As an Operations Supervisor, you oversee daily warehouse operations and guide drivers and warehouse staff. Your work covers safety compliance, traffic oversight, route planning, reporting, customer service, and performance monitoring. You also support sorting, scanning, returns, and dispatch processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce protected working methods and conduct warehouse safety audits
- Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
- Generate next day route plans and optimization emails
- Assign daily tasks and monitor staff productivity
- Address complaints, damages, and lost packages promptly
