As an Inside Sales Representative I, you facilitate sales for recent opportunities and upselling across customer accounts. You respond to order and quotation requests, provide product information, and enter sales orders accurately. The work supports sales, gross margin, and corporate service goals while coordinating with outside salespersons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product needs and logistics support
- Enter sales orders accurately and promptly
- Prospect for sales through outbound calls and emails
- Provide pricing using company matrices and resources
- Track open orders and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- One to five years of sales experience
- Generally two to five years in related responsibility
- Inventory sales experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
