Use automotive claims expertise and empathy to support YWT Dealer Services partners and customers across Calgary in a field-based role.
As a Claims Concierge Specialist, you will represent YWT's Dealer Concierge Team while guiding dealers and customers through claims. You will train dealership service and F&I; teams, explain protection programs, and communicate throughout each claim journey. The role reports to the Claims Concierge Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer dealer and customer claim inquiries clearly and accurately
- Follow up until every concern receives resolution
- Visit Calgary dealers and train service and F&I; teams
- Explain coverage, exclusions, claim limits, and payment procedures
- Document interactions and share feedback for process improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum two years automotive service, claims, and customer experience
- Robust empathy, active listening, and customer service skills
- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations positively
- Confidence delivering dealership training and presentations
- Calgary-area residence, driver's license, vehicle, and Alberta travel availability
