Manage MRO inventory for Sun Pharma while applying ERP ordering expertise and supporting maintenance parts across a three-shift manufacturing operation.
The Associate, MRO manages sourcing, procurement, stocking, kitting, and inventory control for maintenance parts and supplies. Reporting to the Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Manager, this role supports plant production and maintenance departments. It also develops vendor relationships, technical expertise, and improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and monitor CMMS data for MRO parts
- Purchase materials supporting production and maintenance departments
- Track requisitions, procurement, receipts, and material storage
- Manage inventories, locations, tools, parts, and consumables
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Requirements:
- Two years of technical college minimum
- Two to four years manufacturing MRO experience
- ERP ordering, planning, and inventory management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift items weighing 50 pounds
