You will take blood samples, assess vaccination status, and offer indicated vaccines such as influenza, COVID-19, pneumococcus, herpes zoster, or travel vaccines, while supporting care for hypertension, diabetes and anticoagulant therapy. Provide patient instruction on devices like glucometers and blood pressure monitors.
