As a Client Services & Sales Consultant, you will assess client needs, recommend business setup structures, and present proposals. The position supports Canadian company formation and compliance while coordinating Dubai requests with Bestax operations. CRM management, client documentation, and service handovers remain central to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Conduct consultations and recommend suitable business setup structures
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements
- Coordinate onboarding with Canadian tax and accounting teams
- Manage Dubai business setup requests with operations teams
Requirements:
- Canadian customer service, business setup, accounting, or sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Confidence in client communication and consultative selling
- Organized, proactive approach to managing multiple tasks
- Accounting, tax, or CRM systems knowledge is an asset
